RIGHTS

1. To obtain information about their own health.

2. To receive adequate explanations regarding the health services provided.

3. To receive healthcare services according to medical needs, professional standards, and quality service standards.

4. To refuse or consent to medical actions, except for actions required to prevent infectious diseases and handle outbreaks or epidemics.

5. To access information contained in their medical records.

6. To seek opinions from Medical Personnel or other Health Workers.

7. To obtain other rights in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

OBLIGATIONS

1. To provide complete and truthful information about their health condition.

2. To follow the advice and instructions of Medical and Health Workers.

3. To comply with the regulations in force at Health Service Facilities.

4. To provide compensation or payment for the services received.
